Not swinging when you know ump is calling it all game is inexcusable

They were calling it off the plate all night. We got to learn to spoil pitches. Get pitch count up. Something!

No it wasn’t. That was actually (finally) a legit strike. Even if it’s a little off you have to swing. Don’t stand there with the bat on your shoulder and not protect the plate.

You just claimed it was actually a strike while also saying it was off the plate lmao. If it’s even a centimeter off the plate it’s not a strike. The ump had a strike zone that you see in 12 yr old baseball tonight. It’s absolutely embarrassing to the conference and the game of baseball that he’s allowed to call games

You're not wrong but he was consistent. When you have all game to see what he's calling, not adjusting at that level is amateur shite. Don't look back at the ump like he's crazy in the 9th inning when he calls the same pitch a strike that he called in the 1st inning. Yes the ump was bad. At this level, a hitter has to adjust and be better. Just bitching about the calls does nothing.

We take so many 1st and 2nd pitches to get behind in the count. With a couple exceptions, who happen to be our leading hitters, we have so many hitters who take first pitches. Prime examples are Pearson and Kling. How’s that working for them.

All part of Jay’s plan. Jay can do no wrong until next year then he will not doing anything right.
Whatever you do, don’t question him and trust the rant!!!
