There will be ups and downs, wins and losses, but the last 20 yrs or so have been the best ever for LSU sports and it’s not even close! Anyone who had to suffer the misery of 90ies knows how good we have it now! That doesnt mean we cant be frustrated, but the bad mouthing some do is ridiculous.

Agreed. Way before I was of age to think about the actual school side of LSU, they were the local sports program I associated with Louisiana. As a kid it was just understood…that’s the team you pull for in everything. Many are a fan way before they know if that’s the best school for their desired major or their financials…

I love LSU, looking into starting school online just to have a degree from LSU.
How about attending the "University of Louisiana State University" just to play in the fricking Band because "ULSU" didn't have the Major or even any individual classes in the subject that I wanted to major in. (Film Production)
I basically went to LSU to play football. (Play in TGBFTL)
Absolutely loved my time and experience, but wish I could do it all over again and focus more on Academics.
I didn't care about classes for the most part; was only focused on Tiger Band and showing up any SEC Band/Drumline that was coming to Tiger Stadium. (Which we always did back then because we had "Marching Band Nick Saban's" leading the program)
