Where is the best place to stay for Texas A&M game in college station. I want to stay in college station and am not looking to spend the over $300 a night for the Hilton Hotel and Conference center. Any suggestions on where to stay?

Check out the hotels on University. Might be some cheaper ones on South Texas that you may be able to walk to the stadium, but not sure.

If you have SPG (Starwood Points) you can get the Four Points by Sheraton for only 3000 points a night. If not it is already $229/night. 3000 points is a KILLER deal. Already made my reservations
BTW, only 1.4 miles from the stadium.

Just booked the Holiday Inn Express at 1203 University Drive from Thursday - Sunday for average of $220 with all taxes on Hotels.com. The prices are going up fast at all hotels right now. Just in the 30 minutes looking prices were going up $30-$50 a night.

He is using the Internet, dumbass. Besides, it's much easier to hear from a fan who's been there.

Based on the rumors of work on the stadium @ College Station this could be in Houston. Just a thought.

Im probably staying in Austin at a friends house. I know its further than cstat but I wont have to pay for a hotel. Not to mention, who doesn't love a good night out in ATX.

They are building 6 new hotels this offseason, so if you don't find anything right away, wait and look in a couple months as those sites go live.
