Offshore Trip from Destin Suggestions

Hi OB.
My sister-in-law is trying to get my brother a fishing trip out of destin for Christmas, and I'm not extremely familiar with the fishing out there, but for one terrible trip years ago. I think they are going on a trip late winter/ early spring and she wants him to be able to go offshore for a day.

I figured some of you here have a good experience you can share as my one and only experience was terrible out of destin. Any recommendations as to what type of trip would be good that time of year, and which guides are better, which tourist traps to avoid? All price ranges considered.

Not sure who to play at 2s & flex. All are projected about the same. Leaning Fred Jackson with James Jones in flex, but Jennings has decent projections this week, and Desean is playing Nola.

I will be going to the same spot at walk-ons and wearing the same purple Columbia polo as I did for the regular season game last year.

If it costs me the same $400 tab, so be it.

So I should not trade him for Felix jones, right? I have Foster & FJax who are both on bye week. I also picked up Rashad Jennings this week, so it's him and Stewart in there for me as replacements this week, and someone just offered the Jones/Stewart trade. He's a scheming bastard though, the guy who offered.
