I was under the impression that he was not going to make front line workers leave hotels to make space for LSU fans. Which I totally get.

JerseyTiger, try some other options like VRBO, Air B&B, or even a Bed & Breakfast. Check with the Stockade on Highland Road and enjoy your trip!

That shite would have me irate, do you called verified and started driving then 2min prior they cancelled! frick that shite, I get it but that hotel screwed you and I would think they new it was coming down the pipe line but they like what ever we will no forsure at like 3. Those mf did u wrong pushing back check in then giving you the boot H minus 2min!

Rooms that are being used by essential workers helping LA recover should not be vacated for football or any other kind of travelers, IMO. Go stay in Lafayette or maybe St Francisville.
