They're calling it like they called it in the 1980's. Foul calls changed after Ewing, Shaq, Mourning, Mutombo, and guys like that who were difficult to officiate. Arkansas took the first big advantage of the change with 40 Minutes of Hell. If refs are going to blow the whistle less, might as well go mug the guy with the ball and win a title.

The '80's kicked arse, and if the officials can keep this point of emphasis, the game will resemble what we saw 30 years ago soon.
