Ochinko could hit but being able to hit and being able to coach other people on how to hit don't always jive..

Taking a first pitch strike up the middle of the plate is one of the most frustrating things to see in batting. IDK if CPM has a take rule on the first pitch or not, but if he does it is stupid.

Maybe you can’t coach power past a certain extent but you can definitely coach hitting. There are so many idiosyncrasies to hitting. There’s a lot to coach

No one is hitting a lot of the Friday starters we are facing...but that being said..it’s early and things will evolve like they always do. Let’s be patient..we’re 1-0 in SEC
