don't believe LSU can hire a hitting coach without getting rid of Cain.

You got some names? Don’t say Andy either, his recruiting is part of the reason we had a down year

I think a lot of you guys think of hitting coaches as the equivalent of offensive coordinators in football when that’s just not the case. There is not this big list—or any list at all, really—of these super qualified guys who are lined up to be college hitting coaches.

Didn't I see Randy's post in the Advocate last Friday or Saturday that the SEC approved two fall games & to allow a paid coach to take the place of the volunteer?

You would have to fire either Cain or Dunn to have a hitting coach. You can only have 3 paid coaches. Cain has done a damn good job recruiting for us and a pitching coach is an absolute necessity. Gibbs will be fine

The way the NCAA limits baseball is criminal.
Why should baseball be so limited on coaching staffs and scholarships.

Come on man. Really?! You know how many assistant coaches would love a chance to coach at LSU? Scour the damn country man. It wouldn't be that hard to find a name that would do a good job and love to make a couple hundred grand per year here.

Title IX and football (men's sports limited due to title IX and there's no way they would or should touch football to balance it because football pays the bills).
