I get annoyed at the people who call it lucky that the NC was in New Orleans that year. Was Saban lucky in '03? Do they really think it had that big of an impact on the outcome of the game?

What exactly is so "hilarious" about it?

It is funny if you are not an LSU fan.

I enjoyed the "pact with the devil" stuff. At this point, you gotta stop bitching at the situation..and just laugh at it and move on.

The day Les is fired will be so sad for you.

hilariously sad and embarrassing is what it is
Miles needs to read the last part of that article about crowton and plays per minute and immediately FIRE HIS arse.

Total b/s. The only way OSU could stay in a game with LSU would have been outside in a snowstorm or rain storm. Physically it was a total mismatch and anyone not wearing Luckeye glasses thought so. Same thing in '03. Not saying the venue doesn't matter at all but LSU clearly overmatched OU physically on both sides of the ball. Generally speaking, without a sack full of turnovers, one-sided officiating or unbelievable good fortune, the better team physically most often wins. UT almost pulled off such a victory Saturday.

I always enjoy reading the Forde Yard Dash! Like already said, he hit the nail on the head, and we are able to laugh about it later.

honestly that's funny.
Notice though that the way Forde and a lot of other people position it is not as LSU as a laughing stock...but rather, Les Miles and Gary Crowton, mostly Miles.
And, Id like to know what miles was doing as well.
