.when Brown passed he chose A&M. He was never coming to LSU

there was a UO commitment in there somehwere, but yeah he wasn't coming here. neither was RG3

RG3 was in love with briles and was going where he went. originally he was committed to HOUSTON

I'm beginning to come around to the notion that Ryan Perriloux being a knucklehead ruined the LSU offense for the remainder of miles time here.

Things didn't truly turn to shite until 2009.

but the 2008 offense wasn't the cowardly nonsense that it's been since. The to nightmare that year still hasn't been recovered from. It's not about rp anymore, but the mentality that him not being on that team sorta caused IMO.

yeah b/c we don't run the same offense

we ran a lot of spread in 2008 and threw a lot of picks

then JJ did OK at the end, and miles wanted to install a spread option offense with a QB who wasn't a runner. miles and company thought they could mold him into a runner. hell we started recruiting light OL for the zone blocking for the spread option

2009 was OK. JJ was a sophomore and wasn't bad for a true soph

in 2010, JJ regressed and our offense went to shite

in 2011 miles reigned back in the offense once again...and then our defensive/ST luck ran out by the end of the year and that offense was exposed. no changed, 1/9/12 happens

in 2012 we ran a similar, simple/safe offense until we lost to bama and then he opened it up more once our season was over.

Yeah, the problem was Crowton, Lee, JJ, injuries, drops, Mett, Stud....just a continual string of bad things happening to Les Miles.

And, kids know and go where they see a system fit, and/or they're truly wanted..regardless of whom they were fans of as kids(UT and LSU for him).

JFF's family has many LSU fans(even of the Texas faction) and season tix holders(La faction), he also has some lesser ATM family ties.

I just never heard about LSU even being close to the top of his list. Obviously you're closer to the situation than me though so i could very well be wrong. it's rare but it happens from time to time

serious question....should Krag be fired for not being able to perform the duties he was hired to do? it sounds harsh due to his situation but im kinda leaning towards yes.

we can transfer him to the AD, which is likely what happens after this year

the BEST case scenario would be to let him remain with the team in a non-coaching capacity but i doubt the NCAA will grant that waiver

he is well compensated for the job he's doing.

and i'm sure LSU would give him a nice buyout.

this is big time college football.

if you can't produce you gotta go.

Tim, you act as if Miles, his OC, and Sam Nader, all fumbled the ball in passing over a willing pair of LSU fans in RG3 and Manziel(JFF sent LSU film and camped)

LSU didn't offer either RG3 or Johnny Manziel
