Honestly if the roles were reversed, LSU fans would be saying the same thing. maybe louder

We have had down year due to series issues that will be fixed......
LSU is an elite program and GT simply is not and never will be.

I hope the tech fans get louder and the players start running their mouthes too. We need as much bulletin board fodder as possible to get this Tiger team riled up.

I was here in 2000 when they said the same thing, and LSU won by 2 tds. I like Tech's chances against our D, but beating UGA has apparently made Tech fans a little light-headed. They haven't won shite in 20 years. They have three losses this year. They deserve nothing. Beating UGA does not put you in the BCS.

If I was a Tech fan I'd say the same things. If the Tigers are going to compete and even win this game, they'll have to be substantially different from the team we saw for most of 2008. No way around that. I just hope there are plenty of guys on the team who see how vitally important it is to end this season with a win, and will focus on making it happen.

As bad as we have played, I am still suprised that Fans from Tech wouldn't be a little more respectful of LSU's program. Surely they understand we are very capable of beating most teams on any given saturday.
I think it is because they hear so much in ATL radio and papers how awesome UGA is every stinking year, that by defeating them, they have arrived to elite status or something. UGA has beat us 3 in a row BTW! That sucks and we have to play them in Athens
GT have a nice coach and a scheme designed to work at a school that can not recruit with the likes of LSU

LSU has more athletic talent than GT... We could run their option spread alot better than they could if that was our style... our defense has had its problems, but I like the preparations Miles puts into bowl games... 3-0 in total blowouts.
GT does have a better record, but one good year doesnt make you a juggernaut like LSU, USC, OU, UF, UT, Ohio ST.
Just like one bad year doesnt make you a bottom dweller like Temple.
