Well I am convinced now a series or two with Lee was needed we needed to throw downfield.
However the inability of the staff to incorporate a screen or shuttle pass is confusing and I doubt now the Stud is the correct choice. I would like us to hire Monken and let him hire who he wants. I also question whether Krags should be involved in game planning and its obvious our best coaches are on defense.

This is what everyone fails to mention.
I rewatched all our offensive plays last night.
No question, the Oline got run over basically every play.

quote:another tard speaking tard things. Bama didn't once put an 8th man in the box. They kept both safeties at 12-15 yards.
We didn't get curb stomped up front! They had 8 men in the box and were playing our rec. one on one with one saftey or no saftey, begging us to throw the ball.We had players open all over the feild. WIDE OPEN!

And ironically, the answer on how to counter that came from the team bringing the pressure. Snap and pass, snap and pass. That's what AJ was doing in the first half and we weren't getting to him at all. You can blitz all you want but will end up exhausted by 2nd quarter if you try to bring the house on a blitz every down when the other team is doing the quick pass on screens and slants.
But, again, JJ can't do that. He has way too slow of a release.

The problem worked itself out naturally.

Yeah, go 13-1 in your first year and they're calling for a new OC

IMO if stud leaves, I will not care.

we had Mett as a QB along with several quality RB's who were not utilized

Uh...yeah we did.
And that means while we were on defense, too.
Blame goes everywhere but the fanbase....except for the ones on Tigerdroppings.com....the literal poop on LSU comes out of the woodwork.
