Keeping in mind that their goal is to keep people interested so they will watch ESPN, which of these two messages would you choose to promote if you were running ESPN:
1) LSU is the hands-down favorite to win the NC, or
2) the NC is still very much up in the air and LSU is no more likely to win it than any of the other contenders?
I'd go with #2 if I were running ESPN, but maybe that's just me.

Miles has not yet stubbed his toe this year. He showed signs of it last week vs. WK.
Beware: Swami says he is due. Arkansas is waiting in ambush. At the same time the LSU faithful are thumping their chests, there are some hungry wild pigs sharpening their tusks... We have short memories....

Message Posted by CP3LSU25 so pathetic. If this was USC or Oregon undefeated. They would be all but saying they would be in the title game and winning it all. Pathetic
The day after watching Iowa st beat okie st, youre upset cause they said a team with 2 top 15 opponents left to play could lose 1 of them?

They all put their money on Bama in the Title game and they are gonna do their best to hope LSU falls because they know they can't make it a rematch because it would cause the BCS to crumble
This is the correct answer.

Herbstreet has been the Bama man all year, he loves Saban. And remember this is the same idiot that confirmed Miles going to Michigan.

Ambush? If there is a team we are looking ahead to its Arkansas. Don't think a top 10 1 loss team is gonna creep up on us

They just said "Run run run, it's going to be one of those classic Big 10 slobber knockers"
This is the same stupid arse company complaining that LSU vs Alabama was boring.
This is why this network is the absolute worst out there.

It's not just Hebie its everyone of the talking heads on ESPN they all believe LSU will lose at least one game and they hope so "to shake things up" in the BCS
To paraphrase Carl Sagan, ESPN spent billions and billions on the the BCS rights. ESPN is just trying to save their arse. The SEC is the dominate conference right now and shows little signs of dropping off, but it is also the only major conference that ESPN/ABC does not have the first rights. ESPN execs have to be crying about the SEC on CBS and now they are trying to generate interest in other conferences with the "chaos" talk while simultaneously hedging their bets by trying to arrange an SEC/SEC matchup for the BCS.

What exactly has LSU done to show that we are vulnerable? Other than the OT slugfest at BDS, we've won every game by at least 2 TDs against the toughest schedule of all the contenders and won by an average of 4 TDs. We score points and hold teams to hardly any points. What's the issue? Why do the talking morons think we will lose. If our name was Alabama or Oklahoma, they'd be saying we're the greatest team of all time. Maybe this is the best thing. It keeps the players grounded.

Bama was the better team on Nov 5.
Like I always say, the better team wins the game every single time. The better team does not turn the ball over and miss field goals in crunch time.

If anyone quit against LSU. It is LeMichael James. He totally gave up. Just like he does vs any legit defense.
