LSU definitely looked as impressive as anyone. I’d take Clemson over Texas as long as Manning is the starter there.

I hope everyone is reading the article. She is stating where she thinks the CFP Committee would have these teams ranked based off Week 1 performance. This is not the AP ranking she is suggesting. This is just what she thinks the committee would do if the CFP rankings come out this week.
