Head Coach Kelly Preseason Speech, Is this the 1st Warning Sign?

Yes, It's important to convey the virtues of good habits fulfilled throughout the day, daily. The staff above and below are in unison and in place to accomplished high expectations of fun outcomes on Saturday nights at LSU. However, is it the job of a head coach to instill character in players? Moreover, what is with the PC code speak of "positive coaching" as if anything else is automatically construed as demeaning players. I hope Coach Kellie isn't virtue signaling here like I am with the spelling of his name.
We make no apoloigies for our cautionary curiosities in our preseason speech. Quite frankly, we have become jaded and need to hear what really makes a winning team and not the liberal cliches from those doctrines. We understand one thing it produces, snowflakes and that doesn't prepare a team for the gridiron battlefield.
How about talking from the head coaches who have had championships consistently over time? Conveying words of accountability not building character. Holding your athletes to account for every cell in their bodies focused on any given assignment at hand. A level set and targeted far beyond their own comprehension. Knowing all along by having such impossible high standards the consequences weed out the weak minded liken the sparks flying out from the head coach's sweated arm hammering on an anvil forging out his indestructible leaders whose only sole purpose is to demostrate how the strong survive to the rest of their teamates!
Is that too old school? Shut up, we should be grateful with our NIL players in hope not to loose them with such harsh demeaning words. After all they have mothers too!
I prefer men forged from a mallet off an avial than positive coached-up talented boys when going into battle. But hey, what do I know, maybe my decades of hearing preseason speeches from wining and losing Head coaches is premature. Heck, maybe this isn't anything and it's OK we're ranked 5th in the SEC-W and it will all turn out great.

Kelly is like Saban, he has a plan and he knows it works. Just recruit at our top 5 level and everything will be just fine. Kelly can coach.

As told by Nick Dias on one of his videos.
There were two Civil War Generals, one from the North and one from the South. The Southern General said that the South would win because of the fire and passion to fight that his soldiers had. The Northern General said the North would win because of it’s resources.
Who won?

Lol at you making some big point about virtue signaling and following it up with comparing football to war. Admittedly I only skimmed your rambling post, but these are professional athletes, and Kelly treats them accordingly. His handling of them is 100% the correct way to do it in 2022. Why don’t you go forge men in the crucible of being a gigantic dickhead with no social skills and leave the communication advice to the experts

I downvoted after the 3rd sentence and didn’t read the rest

So now Brian Kelly is too soft? I remember when people said he was too mean to a QB because he yelled at him and his face went purple after he threw an interception.
Can we let the man coach a game before we say his style is not going to work? This rambling isn’t much better than the people saying he wouldn’t work at LSU because he isn’t a “culture” fit.

So far no real thoughts just insults. Is that what LSU is teaching these days? If you don't like it or too lazy to debate it just name call! Right out of the liberal playbook!

whoever wrote this must've had a thesaurus handy and decided to substitute 75% of the words with the most difficult word possible.
