We have Rivers committed, but he is a project, and I would venture to guess he won't be ready by his RSFR year, or we'll be back in the same boat we were in the last two years

How do you know Lee isn't a project. Everyone thinks this kid will be the savior but for no reason at all. Just because he's a great baseball player, people are thinking this translates to the football field as well. Do people realize this kid is only a 3* football player. Obviously the scouts think he is also a project as well.

Yes, no one really knows what will happen--we can all speculate & predict. However, remember Purke, the left hander for TCU, who was a first round pick by the Texas Rangers last year & turned it down--he was just baseball. So if Lee does remain at LSU, he would not be the first one in recent years to do so.

I look at Scout not Rivals. Ever thought that Rivals may have over rated him???? Whatever the case 3* or 4*, my point is that he will be a project as well. Whether he stays or he goes, he will not play this year or next year and will be battling against Rivers for the job in 2012.
