It doesn't appear that we are even on the cusp of turning this around, much less making the SEC tourney or a regional. It is very disheartening to be honest. I really wanted to have a good reason to go to Omaha in the new stadium's first year, but looks like I will go to Vegas instead.

Our friday and Saturday starters are true freshmen ! What does that tell you ? Our Catcher is a freshman, our 2nd baseman is a true freshman. Think.

I don't think they have quit. I think Paul Maineri needs to SABANIZE their fannies and give them a Let's go speech or sit the pine lecture. I do believe Maineri said that 16 of 35 players on the team are first year players ?

I think the 16-1 start had everyone drinking the koolaide. Omaha now is going to be a stretch this year I am afraid. It has been done in 2008 so not discounting the improbable..but lets get to thinking about football unless you want to engage in more misery this baseball season.

What does it matter about freshman? There are kids 18 years old playing in AA an AAA and succeeding. That is a terrible argument.

CSB so does almost every team in the country, except not as talented coming out of high school. We have had top 5 recruiting classes the last few years and are on the verge of not even being a top 30 team. We have multiple starters from a national championship team, and only 1 of them is pulling his weight. No excuse for this right now.

A certain degree of community service is awesome, but when it gets to the point you are parading around like celebrities, that is a problem

That's it? Scream at the players then bench them? Is that how you beame a baseball coaching legend in Gonzales?

This thread is proving something I thought was impossible. I didn't belive that it was possible for LSU fans to get dumber. Way to go.
You people just proved me wrong.
