Has it been discussed yet how terrible that 3rd down song is on defense

The band started playing some new 3rd down song when we are on defense. Has this already been discussed how awful it is? Why does the band's leadership let this crap through and get played?

I don't like it. It is very annoying. That may be what they want for the opponent though.
Still not quite as bad as Oklahoma's shitty fight song that they start playing at the beginning of the game and never stop - over and over and over and over and over. I hate OU because of that shite.

I could be completely wrong here but I thought the song they play is to make as much noise as possible to add to the fans yelling. I really like it when thinking of it that way because even the band wants to make as much noise as possible but if it is an actual song and it is suppose to be getting us hype the yeah it does suck for that intention.

At least we’re not Tennessee, where “Good Ole Rocky Top” is the 1st down, 2nd down, 3rd down, 4th down, turnover, and every other situation song.

Some of the most fun I've had at road games is the last two Tenn games when I got to sing along to the song because I was enjoying LSU beating the shite out of them.
