He was a captain last week before kick-off, the first true freshman since miles has been coach at lsu

What do you make of it?

(Sorry if Germans)

... I think the kid's going to be a star, and I have been nothing short of impressed with his play and physicality

Edit for nickname : simply " The Captain"

Hope he's the next coming of Laron Landry and Tyrann Mathieu.

On a side note: LSU Landry would have a hard time playing in this flag football world we live in now.

Some people are natural born leaders and with the class we signed last year, it doesn't surprise me to see one rise so quickly

I noticed that. I was surprised. I think that might be a good thing. Very happy to see that. Jamal Adams is a good player. Very happy we got him instead of hootie

Adams is going to be very, very good. Is going to garner lots of 15-yarders if he doesn't tone down the taunting in SEC play though.

Isn't it crazy that up until 2 months before NSD it didn't seem like neither LSU nor JA had any desire to play here. Now he is one of the faces of the team and a great rep for LSU. Thank God Hootie picked Bama. Funny how things work out.

LSU was on Adams from very early on. Paid off in the end.

BS. Being as he still starts in the NFL, I highly doubt he wouldn't be a super star on this defense.

I think he's saying his hits would get flagged a lot because they were so violent.

Of all the recent teams we've had you say this one has leadership issues?

Speaking of him, what was the extent of his injury Sat night? Nothing? I saw him walk off the field but never noticed him come back in the game.
