Has Dae’Quan Wright & Zxavion Harris sued Sankey/SEC yet?

Any word on the potential pending lawsuit by Dae’Quan & Zxavian vs the SEC? It seems like a no brainer that these two (amongst others) were granted a TRO & denied by the SEC/Sankey. They were both going to be rostered and paid by LSU. Any word on if, or when that lawsuit gets dropped? I hope that we get to see Tony Clayton & company grill a-hole Sankey on the witness stand again. I also hope that these two athletes are paid substantially by the SEC when they win this suit.
