The Sheraton by the Ballpark in Arlington is nice...walking distance to Cowboys Stadium, but they also have a shuttle that will drop you off at Cowboys Stadium. LINK
Expensive, though...about $250 a night that weekend.
Also there is a Courtyard by Marriot right over there by TBIA as well.

100% true. During the game you'll catch yourself watching the action on the TV and feel guilty you spent $200/seat on it

If they aren't booked already, there are a few hotels right around Ballpark and Lamar. They should have a shuttle to the game, or you can grab a few beers and take a walk.

Love the stadium, only problem I have with it is the price of the food and beer.
