Actually that is a pretty embarrassing stat if you think about it. So many yards, so few points in a loss at home.

i quoted it on page 3 of the What WV fans think of Mathieu thread. Its widely accepted on their board that he had to resort to punching people in the neck because he was mad the guy had just burned him for a "20 yard" gain.

Whomever is saying that shite on our boards in an idiot. You guys handed us our arses last night. It happens. LSU is probably the best team in the nation. WV'ians aren't sister f**kers. Morgantown is not a shite town. Your fans had a great time here and most were really surprised and how well we treated them. I drank plenty of brews with your fans and we had a good time. Getting beat sucks...but considering that LSU is a great team....doesn't really hurt that bad.

Disagree with OP. They may have been butthurt, but welcome to SEC footballl.
I was impressed with the stadium (as seen on TV), the tenacity of their players, the fanaticism of their fans. I thought it was a great game and i think it's a cryin' shame if WVU isn't invited to the SEC

The kid is a playmaker but he is not Ed reed. Ed reed is 200 pounds and this kid is a small 175. The arms crossed posturing he did on the sideline after his int that went on forever tells me all I need to know.
I also blame espn for giving him a forum to do that stuff.

don't take it personal man. you should see what some guys here say to arkansas and bama and basically all of the sec competitors except vandy. i don't know how old you are but it seems the younger generation goes over the top verbally downgrading others. my opinion is that it is a "style" of trash talking and not to be taken personal. and believe it or not, as good as lsu fans are at this put-down form, we wouldn't win any contests as other teams fans are actuallly worse (texas fans would win hands down). i was very impressed with your team last night. they can compete! i'm glad we don't play y'all again.

I actually don't think it's that bad, you guys think this is awful wait until you see us pull the annual choke loss. Last year vs UConn I thought the state population was going to drop in half in one night.

They sound like LSU fans after a loss. Only difference is LSU fans blame it on their own coaches and some players.
