Were these guys part of the 5 for 5 suit against NCAA?
Does the TRO against the NCAA that allows the 2022 class to have a 5th year apply to Wright & Harris?
Or
Is that a separate suit they had to take up against the NCAA themselves?

So SEC is only focusing on us because we recruited Harris & Wright guys and not because of all the other 5 for 5 guys.

Don't forget that Harris literally said that old piss wanted him back and the only reason that he considered LSU was that they wanted to move him to OL.

Basically. That’s why Junior Tuihalamaka is currently playing for LSU.

Have Harris & Wright been granted eligibility with the NCAA TRO?
Or is that a separate deal?

Yes. And the TRO specifically told the SEC not to punish LSU for rostering them.

So they are eligible through the NCAA TRO and not just the TRO against the SEC?
So per the NCAA TRO ruling they can play?

I think it's the same TRO or actually now a preliminary injunction(I believe); the judge clarified that the SEC is acting as an arm of the NCAA by applying their eligibility rules. The SEC came out after the fact, stating that it was their policy as well. They contend they had their own policy regarding this all along, though I am certain anyone looking at their bylaws would find that they probably mentioned following the NCAA guidelines rather than the specifics, except where they may be more stringent (if that even exists).

I think the answer to this is yes.

They are about to get paid a lot of $ by the NCAA and SEC. A whole year of expected NIL / rev share plus they can argue that they damaged future potential earnings by not allowing them to have their last year of eligibility to showcase their skills in hopes to get a spot on a pro team.
