There was a play late in the game where OM through a short pass or screen to a litte fast RB (24) and he was scooting around their right end. Perkins was chasing him from behind and this was exactly what it looked like. I believe the CB actually made the tackle because the play was running into him but one or two more steps and the cheetah would have had his prey...
