Remember the stuff u told you he did last year that I had to delete? If these people knew that they’d still defend this guy. The Canada situation alone proves what he is as a person and anyone with any objectivity knows what he is as a coach. Yet here we are with people claiming he’s great knowing damn well if someone told them 4 years ago Orgeron would succeed Miles they’ve laughed their asses off at him.

I know a coach that did similar work quite frequently. He was fired. CEO knows what he has to do. Either he will or he won't and we will move on and try again. I know many of you are ready for the failure, just so you can say I told you so.

Look buddy I want him to win every fricking game. I don’t need to like him personally to pull for my boys but he’s never proven anything and he has some awful habits. Can’t we at least be honest about what he’s put down on record so far yet still have hope things will improve?

All he's doing is showing facts. Don't take it personally.
It's just to point out that there should be some concerns regarding O as a head coach and his abilities to get the job done.
This is not the equivalent of hating the coach or not wanting him to succeed. It's more of "here are some areas O as a HC needs to get better at. Now."

Again, I don’t think O will ever be a Saban or a Dabo but some of y’all just refuse to say he’s doing anything right with the program when he clearly is.

That's exactly what they are. Rick might be a little aggressive in his approach to show you those facts but they are facts. All a head coach is judged on is his resume', aka facts.
You can look them up yourself if you don't believe him. I have before and he's correct.

I just gave him credit for the current recruiting class being where it is and I've given him credit for tons of other stuff. Getting Burrow to come here, getting to a NY6 bowl.
