Hannagriff is the guy to ask about Raymond and Aranda

Hannagriff knows what’s going on between Raymond and Aranda, he’d be the first person I would ask Monday. First question, is Aranda pushing hard to keep Corey Raymond and if not why not? And ask Hannagriff about his personal feelings regarding Raymond, you might be surprised by his answer.
All of this bashing of Coach O by some here over LSU assistant Corey Raymond is very misplaced. Remember, Aranda is the person in total charge of the LSU defense, and whatever Aranda wants, Aranda gets. So what does Aranda want?

agreed. raymond, while he is one of the best DB coaches in the country, has a pretty easy job at LSU where the talent comes in like crazy. he’s a great recruiter, though, which is why I really don’t want him at UGA who is already trying to poach new orleans kids left and right

He’s missed on a LOT of kids who were huge LSU leans or commits. I’d hardly say he’s a great recruiter

If he makes a lateral move and we match their offer, I can only assume something behind the scenes is going on. LSU is Corey’s passion. It will always mean more than any other school.
