If he’s smart, he goes to the draft.

But I definitely wouldn’t complain if we got another year out of him

I would love to see him back but,, he has nothing left to prove. He needs to go and make a ton of money. He lived in property for most of his life. I want to see him prosper.

If he asked me for advice I would tell him to go likely

That said would love to see him play

Also not crazy to forgo NFL altogether

He could make living with college degree

Guice has been a quality player and a quality man. I respect which ever decision he makes. He's been a great representative of LSU.

It would sure be nice if he came back though. The money will always be there. Once you leave you never get it back. Ride with your boys one more time!

If Guice were to stay and put up a huge season next year, would he not go higher in the draft? I certainly think he would.

He’s going to get paid either way.

or he could stay and injure himself to the point he doesn't get drafted and lose millions. he needs to go and rep the tigers.

I don't there is big enough improvement potential to materially increase money

Aka I think he is high up now

The announcers in every game say he "runs angry" and we've all seen the tough life he had so i suppose 'running angry' paired well and they just took the easy way out and went with it.

I really don't see any anger in him at all on the football field. I see fun. I can't think of another tiger who looked like he was having more fun on the football field than Derrius Guice. Always smiling, always laughing, always picking up another player who needs it and always moving forward whether he has to spin, juke, or plow through a defender.

Him and Fournette are the best backs i have seen in P&G both above Faulk and I was there in Faulk's hey day.

Of course the obligatory 'i hope he stays another year but he should probably go to the NFL'.

LSU isn't a prep school for the NFL.

I swear some of you would rather see Individual players make lots of money playing pro ball than see LSU return it's best players in order to win championships.

I'm a LSU FAN. Not a NFL FAN.
I want what's best for the program not what's best for individuals.
If that makes me an a-hole then so be it.
At least I admit it.
