The federal judge that will preside over the SEC lawsuit went to the university of Alabama. Another interesting twist. Ha!

Interesting twist?? How the frick do you think they’ve gotten the treatment they have over the years?? Why do you thinks it’s long past time to get The SEC headquarters the frick out of Birmingham?? Do you need to watch/rewatch Charles Hanagriff’s rant about this stuff??

It's a federal court with a political appointee, Annemarie Axon, who is a 2018 Trump appointee. She was born in Winter Park, Florida, but did get her bachelor's and Juris Doctor from Alabama.
I think federal Judges tend to be less regional in their approach.
