The SEC has to follow the guidelines of the NCAA. Sure, the SEC can have their own rules as long as it stays in compliance with the NCAA . Why doesn’t he file suit against the NCAA? LSU has done nothing to this point, and the players are not on the roster. Even if they are enrolled in school, LSU has not violated anything. What a bunch of pussies these other SEC schools are, that they would want to expel a founding member, LSU.

Why is there no lawsuit against Texas for Cole Hutson who sitting in the same position as the two ex-Ole Miss players?
