I'm just saying he has always favored JJ over Lee...so I'm not surprised at all over his comments.

Even if he does would that make his comments wrong? I mean considering so many other people have said the exact same thing.

He is right. 4 years later still throwing off his back foot. We run away with this game if we could just hit a 5 to 10 yard pass. It's called pitch and catch and we need to improve greatly at this.

Shouldn't Coach Krags be working with him to fix this?

I would give Lee a C+ given the circumstances.

Bowser was correct in pointing out some flaws, but he has not had the same "critical eye" toward Jefferson over past 2 years.

He loves him some JJ. Good for him.

When did Greg Bowser play for LSU?

Watched him as a kid in the early 80's. One of the few modern LSU players who can say they lost to Tulane twice.

=/= she being white. At least she wasn't when we were sitting in the stands at her son's JV football game last night. Think she has changed races since then?

He was referencing throwing the ball more quickly to the receiver. Hit the receiver as he makes his cut. He pointed out several examples of where the receiver breaks free, then takes a few steps before the pass is thrown. It gave the defender time to adjust and get back into position.

He was NOT being "mean". He was pointing out things to be improved. It was not "JL SUCKS". It was "JL can improve here"
This is the correct answer/position/opinion. Let's all hope he continues his improvement and for those that think he's cleared the mountaintop, get your head out of your arse and watch the film....but he did a great job not turning the ball over. I hope he'll be great!

Wonder if his TD screen name is UncommonCents? I think I will ask him Friday.

Dude. Give it up. Again, sunburning easily does equal being white.

I can't stand that "Brett Favre" back pedal after Lee throws, so I'll give all of u that, but GB was faulting Lee for a swing pass that hit Ford in his hands in stride, but Ford tripped over his own feet. I replayed it about 5 times & finally came to the same conclusion as the OP who started this thread - GB isn't a big fan of JL. I was waiting for Lynn R. to ask GB where that throw should've been to be more "catchable" than it already was.

And JL had 2 other throws where Ford looked too late & DP19 barely got his head around on a big 3rd down pass. I concede there were some late throws, but others were timed well & the receivers were late looking. At least JL doesn't bounce pass balls to WR's like JJ did consistently

Solid B grade IMO.

Dropped passes were a much bigger concern than the quality of Lee's throws. Everyone needs to keep in mind that the game plan on O wasn't to air it out but to run the ball/clock and keep it out of O's hand. Unless someone broke a long one it was unlikely Lee was going to put up big numbers yardage wise.
