If he continues to average a pick or more per game throughout the season, you may be right. But that's a big IF at this point, with a long way to go against tougher competition.

No he doesn't

Man, we are so spoiled. We have elite safeties, but let's just set them aside and look only at corners.

This year we have Donte, Toliver, Greedy, and Vincent as our top four. We have Xavier Lewis and Fulton waiting in the wings. Fulton is a former five star recruit. Savion Smith left the program in part - I'd guess - because of the competition. You could staff three P5 defenses very well with our corners.

Our fans are shitting on Donte who is one of the top corners in all of college football. They are saying that our various backups should start in front of him, and I'm not sure they're wrong, as crazy as those suggestions are.

If Toliver returns to his best form the coaches are going to have a dilemma. Because Donte, Greedy and Vincent have all been playing very well.

If every position on our team was staffed with players as good as Donte we would crush Alabama like a bug.

Greedy and KT2 should be outside corners and DJ should be nickel with Vincent and then he could be used more on offense in the slot for the jet sweep and be a decoy

I've been out of the loop for a while - what happened to Kristian Fulton?

better ball skills.

I know it's only 2 games, but he is very PP-esque in that manner. It just seems like when a ball is thrown to his side, it's his ball and not the receiver's.

People are saying Donte shouldn't start, but KTII has made plenty of mistakes in coverage, as well. Greedy has certainly earned a spot, but I just don't see how you can say Toliver is better than Jackson at this point.

On that second pick Williams made, I never saw Claiborne make that kind of play or similar. That play took honey bear kind of instincts and very few people are blessed with those kind of instincts.

Then u weren't watching. He made plays like tgat all season. And if you want to nitpick, mo caught the ball with his hands when he broke on a route. Not his body. Nobody is saying that Greedy isn't a baller but to try and validate his skills by knocking one of the best defenders we have ever had is stupid. We KNOW what Mo was. Greedy has played against BYU and Chattanooga. Let him prove himself over the course of a full season.

Dude has played against BYU and Chattanooga. Temper down those expectations.

Wtf do people take this as an insult?? It's a fact. He has even played an SEC game. Let him show out in conference play and he will get all the credit he deserves. Sensitivity combined with very short memories of the guys that have come through the program and PROVEN themselves. No one is knocking Greedy.

Kary Vincent and Tyler Taylor could be freshman All-Americans as well. Ingram or Charles also

I can see Vincent since he will get a lot of playing time. I can also see one of the guards getting it. Not sure about Taylor because Donnie will most likely get most of the snaps.
