I stated it previously arse......I have a hard time coming to terms with your disdain for JJ if you are graduate of the institution. Some jackass from the swamps, I get it, but from a fellow alum, I don't understand it. I was at LSU for Chad Loup, Jamie Howard etc....when they stunk up the joint it was frustating and I would be angry, but the level of disdain and bile that is hurled at the kid is shameful. Just trying to make sense of it. I guess that's my mistake....trying to understand why a prick is being a prick......

I have no disdain for him other than his poor decision making skills as a senior leader of the team.
I want justice done. You see, just because I don;t feel this should be pushed aside for JJ's gift of playing fro the tigers (who cares, we're 3-0), somehow that makes me hate the kid.
I honestly could care less about him at this point. He isn;t practicing, he isn;t involved with the first three major wins for the team, and we have a good thing going. JJ is NOT more important than the team.

He is not a good qb. His stats suck. Last year he was a turnover machine. These are facts. COuld he be better this year....who knows?
We do know LSU football is winning and winning big, without him. What's the point in rushing him back into the system. If it isn't nroke, don;t fix it.
BTW, find one post of me "hating" on JJ. I am allowed to think he isn't a good qb, and the stats bear that fact out.

It really is pretty remarkable when you stand back and watch it take place. Assuming for the sake of continuing this argument that JJ is innocent of all charges...the guy has done nothing while a Tiger on or off the field that has brought shame to the university. From all accounts, he's been a stand up guy, a good team mate and has hung in there and taken an enormous amount of heat for his sub par play. And it seems he's on track to graduate this fall...early.
In the end, he is hated by many for simply being a QB that has not lived up to expectations...he's played badly in the eyes of most and for that he needs to be shunned and forgotten...and we've now gotten the perfect way to get this done. frick him with a rusty chainsaw even if he wasn't involved in this...we got rid of him ! Yoohoo...Right?
This type of treatment used to be reserved for OPPOSING players...not our own. The idea that so many would so gleefully toss one of our own under the bus at the first chance they get because he's played badly, while at the same time denying that's why, is simply pathetic.
