Having said that, it was year one. I have been critical, but no (reasonable) person should have thought we were NIT or NCAAT bound.
I’ll give him a pass this year but there better be improvement next year. Even if we don’t make it next year, we better be on the bubble. If we are out of the conversation by December, we’ll know “we’ve been hoodwinked, bamboozled, led astray, ran amok, and flat out deceived.”

I would give him a one, but that would be if his team didn't win a single league game. 2 out of 10 seems fair.

I know a lot of folks want to give him an F but he did have a lot to deal with. He pulled back 3 guys and got some transfers in so that's why I think the D- is about right for this season. I hope (because I am a glutton for punishment) that he improves next season. If he performs the exact same in year two it would be an F- IMO.

CMM can't be this BAD can he? But time will tell. He gets a incomplete for this year and another year to prove this was a Bad Year.
If there is no improvement early on it will be obvious to all that this was not a good decision. He will have time to recruit and portal. Then it will be Scott the AD to get this figured out and moving in a positive direction.
