I think we went up 1. Do you come out at the Brookshire's by 220?

Do you go to the Little Rock chapter gatherings

We were at the Auburn one. My husband is treasurer. We are only getting to Baton Rouge for two more games this year, so I'm sure we'll be at more viewings.

downtown (Saucer, etc.) but really I'm kind of old for that

For the poster that asked how long the way I go takes, it's about 6 1/2 hours give or take, depending on where you are leaving from in BR to where you are staying in LR. Going to Laffy, Alex, Shreveport, even though interstate, is longer. And the Ruston route pretty much sucks too. I've also gone up through Sicily Island, Rayville, Monticello but I don't like that way at all either (too many log trucks and narrow roads).

I'm from Shreveport and have made the trip about 10 times. I live in BR but always go since I'm up there for Thanksgiving.

We always take highway 3 (benton rd.) in Bossier, which turns to hwy. 29 in Arky.. take that to Lewisville and then up to Hope to get on I-30. It's more of a direct route and there are not that many small towns or speed traps.

We usually drive back after the game since it's always a day game.
