In my opinion, Alabama gets away with a lot more than LSU would ever get away with in recruiting. For some reason, the NCAA or the SEC seems to want to look the other way when it comes to Bama. I guess it all comes down to $$$$.

People forget the guy in charged of investigations for the NCAA is a bama alum. He has been in charged of that for the last couple years and doesn't hurt that saban is right with Mark Emmett who won't do a thing to saban.

It is like during Bear Bryant's time, Alabama just signed 100+ players just to keep them away from others, prompting the NCAA to finally put in player limits. Let's see what this time leads to.

Good. With the amount of money they make for the NCAA, SEC, and University, they should get some form of compensation outside of tuition and apartment rent.
We are talking hundreds of millions of dollars. Not to mention the kids who represent the jersey numbers that bare their liking.

Bama is untouchable. Nothing will be done to them. The most damning situation was DJ Fluker's yahoo sports article. There was a clear paper trail from email requesting items to proof of payment. If nothing was done then nothing ever will be.
