quote:
Florida 31, LSU 21:
Chavis' demons find his new home as Gators put up 412 yards of offense with Tim Tebow rushing for 96 and throwing for 212. Brandon Spikes returns a Jefferson interception for a TD. Lee relieves but throws two more interceptions. Tebow texts the LSU fan who called his cell two years ago and says, "Geaux Gators!"
quote:
Alabama 23, LSU 21:
Miles apparently has Saban beat for the second time in Tuscaloosa only to watch Leigh Tiffin kick two fourth-quarter field goals, including a 52-yarder as time runs out. Five years after leaving LSU, the last Saban signees-- Harry Coleman and Charles Alexander-- hug Saban after the game are immediately suspended by Miles.
quote:
Ole Miss 27, LSU 21:
The No. 8 Rebals come in at 9-1 and 5-1 and gain revenge on that SEC West title loss to the Tigers in 2003 and clinch the SEC title game for the first time as quarterback Jevan Snead throws for 278 yards. Shepard gains 87 yards out of various positions, but he fumbles in the final minutes on the Ole Miss 30. Ole Miss coach Houston Nutt leads the student section in "OVER-RATED" cheers.
What an asshat

Reasonable score picks, but very unlikely to happen the way he predicts. All he does is try to start crap with the LSU fanbase. Ignore him and he will disappear into neverland.

Tim Tebow will not have close to 100yds rushing. Hell, he may be limping into Tiger Stadium if he continues to have back issues.

wow, and to think he get's paid to write this shite.

I wonder which sports writer would pay more to see Saban naked : Finebaum or Guilbeau ? Their man-crushes on the guy are disturbing.

Guilbeau has told people that he takes pride in upsetting the LSU fanbase. Just ignore the crap that he writes.

I think it was a poorly constructed attempt at humor.

i do believe it will be that close.....hopefully we will come out on the better side of those scores.....but hope is a dangerous thing (shawshank redemption)

He's just playing black hat to rile people up (mission accompished!) None of what he says is actually unlikely, except for the hugging Saban thing thrown in there to get touchy LSU fan's goats.
I may not always agree with Guilbeau, but you have to admit he's good at what he does.

Well, depending on what your standards are. I've always found him to be pretty mediocre, but if what you're saying is that he's good at getting reactionary criticism... then yeah.

Many thanks for NOT posting the link to this clown!

This is true

if the scores are that close...anything can happen. But most fans predict 10-2 or 9-3 so some of those Gilbeau mentions will prob be loses, just not the way he sees them.
