I’m pretty sure he knows it, too. But sometimes you can’t fix it this late in the season. He’s solid defensively and CJJ probably doesn’t trust anybody else to play the 1 sack at this point in time.

Wrong. First base is very tough to play. You are involve in almost every play in the infield. Your footwork is very difficult to learn because every throw to you is different. You must learn a lot more than just receiving the ball. Playing against small ballers? Let’s not go there.

You really think that one AB makes up for a woeful post season? It verifies what most are saying. He’s playing home run derby. Home run or an out. We are not against him, but he had no business being in the lineup hitting .150 when it mattered most. His glove kept him in the lineup.
