Hopefully this guy can have a great season there next year. Actually felt bad for him during last season.. At the end of the day, he should’ve stayed at Texas Tech and put up Great numbers. Wish him nothing but the best!

Amazing people seem pissed at him when the coaches continued to trot him out there

100 percent on them after game 1. The lack of talent was obvious

It was tough watching him struggle at LSU. Going from getting #7 to forfeiting it, to get benched, and now transferring must be so stressful. Hopefully he succeeds.

Still trying to return punts vs aggies

I hope he does very well there. LSU was just too big of a stage for him and there’s nothing wrong with that. Good luck young man.

Good luck to him

By all accounts he was a great teammate, but he just wasn’t good enough to get it done here.

Wish him the best. I know the O boys shite on him all the time because he makes the #7 decision look bad but he’s handled the situation with class so far.

Hope the best for the kid. Hate that he came to LSU to step up in competition and struggled.

I think he is better than what he showed here and hope he can find his way to the next level.

Yup. And people think many of us hate Hal Hughes.

I don't hate Hal Hughes whatsoever. I just can't stand that he starts and could potentially continue to start at such a prestige program.. Especially considering much better players have been processed over the years.

I'm with you. We tend to shite on players that answer the call from the coaches. I don't think he's a bad player, just not a fit for this team and def not as a returner.

I wish him well. Honestly the coaches were as responsible for overhyping him as anybody

For me the most startling thing was just how slow he was. It's one thing to not really be a very good receiver but I just sort of assumed he would be fast.

I don't know what his 40 time will be if he runs an official time but it's going to be bad
