Get some guts UF and LSU and actually travel somewhere. You're welcome in LA.

Thats the featured quote on ESPN.com

Maybe this guy doesn't know we are going to Washington next year?

Does anyone want to even do a home and home with us? Has this not been tried on numerous occasions?

We went to Arizona first. VT first and now Washington first. To say we won't travel first is just stupid.

I assume it was a sports writer's opinion. They are known to have the attention span of a gnat. They don't remember what happened 5 minutes ago and don't look ahead further than their next trip to the john. I wouldn't worry about it. Next week they'll have something else to bitch about.

Overall, I agree. We rarely have good out of conference games on the road. There are plenty of BCS conference teams that would do a home and home. Ohio St, USC, Tenn, all travel so we should be able to as well. It's a weak cop out to act like nobody wants to play us. I look forward to going to Washington next year.

I don't buy into the argument that this somehow means we have a weak schedule however.

We weren't supposed to play Colorado until 2010 (I believe). We never actually had a TT game for 2008, although we did try.

Didn't know u played UW next year.

Prepare for a cold as crap, quiet, half-empty stadium. Has a nice view though.

The day USC plays more than three teams with a winning record is the day ESPN can run their mouths. Until then, who cares what ESPN says?

I will NOT say you are an idiot. However, the quote to which you are referring on ESPN's from page is from some unknown blogger, likely from LA. It isn't even from a sportswriter.

TT didn't back out as much as they wanted a true home and home, and not BR-Houston

uhhhhh.....you do realize that two of the four schools you mentioned are IN Florida, right? And GA and LA are not exactly on the other side of the country.

To be fair, even if it was some random USC fan, someone with ESPN had to put that quote on the front page.
