Somebody's got to be able to do something clever with the fact that a bunch of so-called engineers have an 8-lane freeway running through the middle of their campus.

It should be pointed out that Tech expanded past the interstate, not the other way around. When I graduated in 1991, we were still entirely west of the connector. Im pretty sure it was built where it is to avoid going thru the Tech campus.
But, other than that, yeah there is probably a good joke in there somewhere.
