A team like the GA team this year can only win a Natty when there aren't QBs in the league like Burrow or Jones who can check down to their third or fourth read. 2019 LSU and 2020 Jones would smoke 2021 GA. It would take a quarter for both offenses to get going, but once they take off the Ga offense couldn't keep up.

You can do that when you've recruited 10 5 stars on defense in the last four classes. Not only that, but 5 additional top 45 overall recruits on defense in that span. Don't know how many guys are still there, but if you do the math they have 15 of the top 180 players overall in the last 4 classes combined on defense alone. That is freaking insane!

Their defense is giving them shorter fields and their yards per play is 3rd in the country. Their top 5 rushers average (in order) 5.4, 6.5, 5.7, 5.0, 6.3, and their starting QB is averaging 10.8 ypa.

You know what I told them and others maybe a month ago? They are 2011 LSU with better QB play. The good thing for them is that they don't have a 2011 Bama defensive team they have to play. After playing Clemson (the #2 defense), which held them to 10 points, they have yet to play a top 30 defense.

What I'm trying to say is that UGA this year is very unrealistic, just like how ridiculous LSU was in 2011. That 2011 defense played the #3, #13, #15, and #20 scoring defenses in the country. UGA has played one top 10 scoring offense (#9 Tennessee), and they don’t have another in the top 30.

Yall we have Lane Kiffin, Mike Leach, and Nick Saban (who runs high powered offenses now). We're going to be playing USC with Cali loaded talent Lincoln Riley in 2024 and Chip Kelly's UCLA team who is actually 16th right now in scoring offense.

The best thing we should be is high powered explosive on offense, with at least a top 15 defense. If we can get a top 15 defense even playing the offensive juggernauts we have to face every year now, then we are going to be damn good.

UGA has won what exactly? Look at their schedule. They have played as easy an SEC Schedule possible and even the Clemson win now looks far less impressive.

I have my doubts that Stetson Bennett can guide UGA to a NC.

They have not won anything yet.

I would not be shocked if UGA loses in the playoff or championship game due to having an average quarterback.

Yeah, idiots on here swear that the days of controlling the ball and holding teams to 14 points or less are over. The one thing about history, is it always repeats itself.

Miles also had players going full contact days before a game. Toughness is one thing, but it’s another to physically tear down and exhaust guys. There’s a reason our line fell off in the back end of his tenure.
