Got a group of 7 driving up. We'll get there mid day Friday. I know we'll be going out downtown friday night. We will also be looking for a spot to set up for saturday.

Hey, I tailgated with yall for the Florida game last year! I am going to the GA game but not heading into Athens until early early Sat morning from the Destin area. So I won't be there until around 10am but it would be awesome to have a big group of tiger fans to meet up with!

Have fun at the Microtel, but DON'T even try the free buffet if they offer it. Stayed at one in Dallas and the breakfast was HORRIBLE. I didn't mind because we weren't going to spend much time there and the price was right!

thanks for the heads up but I have no intentions on doing anything but sleeping at that place...I can imagine what kind of shite they try to pass for "breakfast"

yes this is going to be the same group as the auburn and florida tailgate last year...hopefully with alot more new people as well....me and my friends are staying at the microtel inn as well. i am getting up there early thursday morning and my friends are getting there friday at some point. for now, i am just trying to get an idea of how many people want to come and tailgate. last year i got to the tailgating spots very early and saved room for lots of cars to come at a later time and i plan on doing the same thing year in athens. well, everyone who wants to come, feel free to email me your number and i will definitely stay in touch regularly. my email is jac1280@gmail.com
here is a list of things that we are for sure bringing:
2 LSU canopies
lots of chairs
generator
sofa
TV
music, ie...stereo, speakers, ....
beer pong supplies
8 and a half foot blow up mike the tiger
lots of food..jambalaya, fish, gumbo, etc..
im sure we have alot more stuff, this is just the beginning...everyone please feel free to bring what you can...however, if you cant bring anything for whatever reason, please still come hang out and party with us!!

Me and my brother will be there. We were at AU last year and had a blast. We will be with the LSU Atlanta party.
The LSU Alumni Assn (Atlanta chapter) has rented a parking lot and selling spots for $20, more if you want them to feed you. Check their site and see if they have any spots left. There's also a high school about two blocks off the main road that leads to the stadium.
LSU Atlanta Alumni group and the tailgate party for the UGA game is located near the intersection of Broad and Thomas streets. The alumni group from Baton Rouge will be joining as well.

+2... Mr. 1999 & I still need two, planned to scour the surrounding tailgates. We'll be in the ATL Alumni lot. I think it was at Thomas & Broad Sts near campus. Cost was about $20 per spot but to have a set place & not have to drive around looking for other P&G people was key.

my friends backed out on me, but i am still going up. I have good friends that go to UGA so i wont be alone, but i dont want to tailgate with just them. ill be going up tuesday since my classes wednesday are cancelled for fall break.

i got my tickets on ebay and the prices are dropping. i got 2 tickets in section 137, row 57 for 155 each, but 2 tickets in section 136, row 2 went for even cheaper this morning.
