Excuse my ignorance but do you download the app from the app store or from the geauxzone website?

Paid $30 for geauxzone. You have ti download lsu sports app and sign in using your geauxzone account.

i dont own the app so i cant help you but maybe try unistalling it and reinstalling.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice
