Gas generators allowed?

Think LSU’s official position is their use is”discouraged.” That being said everyone uses them. Just be polite with placement with your neighbors and you shouldn’t have any issues.

I think LSU discourages the old loud generators. The small quiet ones are everywhere.

Get you a Jackery portable power station. Those are great at tailgating. No noise.

I use a Dewalt Jump Box. It runs a 32” TV (powered antenna for the local game) a charger, and sometimes hipster lights.

It’s the 500 W 2000 amp power inverter with air, USB, AC outlets etc. $175 on Amazon.
It runs all that from about 1:00pm-5:30pm and I usually have about an hour left of power.
