I will say this, if you would have told that Sullivan would have been a non-factor in the game and Auburn still won, I'd would jumped all over you. Auburn has some other guys step in absence of their injured players.
Yep injuries have depleted the scoring options for this team. I would've laughed at someone saying that same thing but Payne stepped up early on at set the tone.

When we get Denson and Price back we have the ability to play with anybody in this conference. But right now, ugly basketball is ugly.

Agreed, both teams were pretty awful today in my opinion.

Well, a 6-7 nonconference record is a pretty good reason. Not to mention your best players sidelined... Those are my 2 reasons, and I will admit that I don't really have any more other than Auburn hasn't been relevant in bball in ever. Much like LSU

LSU's SOS is like 250+ and Auburn's is 140ish. I hate to break out SOS this early in the year, especially since neither are anything to drop jaws at, but I thought that may help you to understand that Auburn's schedule has been tougher and Auburn's record reflects that.

Very aware man, Auburn has played a tougher schedule, but they still lost 7 games to some pretty bad teams... And most of them at home I might add.
I respect your fanhood of Auburn hoops. But man, come on, they are just simply not good at this point.

Why focus on Auburn's deficiencies?

We have a lot less problems than yall do at this point. We've explained why our record was so bad up to this point (suspension, injuries, etc). Are we bad? We sure look it when we only have one true SG healthy and he's playing PG.

Good luck the rest of the way.

And to you guys as well, I personally hate Kentucky and Florida ruling SEC hoops. Best of luck to both Tigers... But look out, LSU is on the rise!

Wouldn't mind some success at Auburn, it would make LSU/SEC hoops more entertaining imo. I'm just tired of the "who cares, nobody will beat UK" attitude you get from SEC fans. So geaux everybody except UK and UF! But the most

i think Auburn is playing better as a team. That said, I believe LSU has FAR better talent. But that doesn't mean much tonight

Man talk about delusion here... AU isnt that bad plus Lsu only has 2 more wins than AU... Also, look at the schedules.. AU went into a tourney at the beginning of the season not a home stand playing cupcakes.. Give credit where credit is due... LSU just isnt playing good now and AU is.

I live in Lexington and you have no clue about how annoying everyone is. They have already given up on their team and has the wait til next year t-shirts on. UK is probably about like LSU and football they give up after a loss. I will be watching LSU at UK this year and will ne the only tiger fan in the building but

Again, this team can't afford for Carmouche, Coleman, and JOB to all have mediocre/poor games. If that happens, we'll lose most of the time.

What made it worst with regards to Carmouche is in the first half he had some "WIDE" open looks and couldn't make any.

JOB is super important to this team, because he's far and away our best post player. But, I think he struggles from a basketball IQ level. He just tries to do things far to often that hurt the team.

This team is still what it is. A 6 maybe 7 win SEC team.
