Please enlighten me as to who are all these game managers who are winning championships.

No, they really weren't.

JR was not.
Yet he threw for 6 less interceptions than Mauck, and 3 less than Flynn in their NC seasons.

False. Mauck and flynn were game managers and won MNC's. JR was not.
Please do not tell me you think Jamarcus is the reason that 2006 LSU did not win a title, because if you do think so, I will drop some serious statistics on you

I'm gonna go ahead and repost this, because to me this is what makes a true game manager. If no one reads it this time, GFYs
:
That is the key to a game manager IMO. One who is usually limited to making a play downfield to 3rd downs. The run to pass ratio on 1st and 2nd would be much higher for a true "game manager".
LSU typically didn't limit the playbook on 1st and 2nd down with Mauck and Flynn, which means that the offense was running through them, not that they were simply "managing the game" based on down and distance.

It's not enough to just "not lose" games, quarterbacks have to be able to actually win them
better look at the qb's from the last 10 national champions...
I guess you're not talking about Tim Tebow (2/3NC), Vince Young, Matt Leinert?
How about you need a qb that can read defenses, hit open receivers down field, escape the rush, and not make bonehead mistakes - like taking sacks on the road with little time left and no timeouts against Auburn.

I am in complete agreement with your definition.

Let's see. There's Mauck, Flynn, Leinart, Krenzel, Heupel...

I have stated why I think Mauck and Flynn were not game managers. You have yet to explain why you think otherwise. Looking at your list, I can only reasonably conclude that your reasoning is because they are white. And Leinart won the fricking Heisman and Heupel was a finalist. To include them is absurd and shows just how stupid you are regarding this topic.

Game managers and playmakers are not exclusive. Most great QB's are both.
Tom Brady is a great game manager he is also a playmaker.
Brett Farve would be considered more of a playmaker IMO.

Conclusions aren't your bag, Baby. Where's Tebow? Right, not there. Oh, is he black? You have no idea what you're talking about. I linger here to laugh at your miserable thought processes. It's truly enjoyable. Please continue.

Were Flynn and Mauck game managers?
To a large degree they were game managers, but they were also playmakers. Mauck carried the team on his shoulders in the 01 SEC Championship game and we wouldn't have made it to the NC game in 03 if he hadn't made such a great pass to skyler green against UGA at Tiger Stadium.
Samething with Flynn and the 07 Auburn game
