I think they want 5 days of rest ideally.
Arkys Root - his ERA goes from 3 to 7 with less than 5 days. Not sure about KA, but it’s a thing.

I like Noot to start. Everything beyond that is situational, but I like Cowan to eat up some middle relief innings. He was good against them earlier this year. I like Shores late for 3-6 batters. Hope he is triple digits on every fastball. The combination of Shores following Cowan is a good pairing.

Cowan is going to get absolutely rocked, he’s only going in if he’s in a 2023 Sammy Dutton role to eat innings if we’re down big to save the rest of our arms for Thursday.
