Les behaved like a pigheaded fool. Refused to consider developing a viable offense. That is what led to his dismissal...and maybe getting handsy with some coeds...

Really? Before those three seasons?

so lets look at the previous 3 seasons.

2011 - not a season you fire someone after

2012 - 3 losses by a combined total of 13 points.

2013 - 3 losses, all SEC teams, All away. 1 to a #9 Georgia by 3. The loss to Ole Miss was disappointing but again by 3. Bama game was awful. But this still isn't a fireable season.

If it is then Ed should have been gone before this season

2014 the three straight losses were bad. especially the one to Arkansas but then closed on a winning note. Again it was a difficult case to make.

2015 - We can argue if this was fireable but with a less leaky Athletic Department, Les probably gets fired and replaced by Jimbo.
