My seats are right next to one on the East sideline.
The good: you are isolated from the other rows and (generally) have room to spread out.
The bad: they are bleacher seats while everyone else around you has chair-back seats.
I don’t know who has those seats by me, but they are rarely used by more that 2-3 people at any given game and, for over 30 years, seemingly never by the same person twice.

I’ve had my portal seats since 2001. After I lost my LSU student status by graduating, I had season tickets all around Tiger Stadium. They never felt quite right, and my “personality” didn’t fit in at the other sections. With luck and perseverance, I scored 4 portal seats thru TAF in the frat/sorority area of the student section. It’s awesome. I’ve sat in the Stadium Club and the suites, and i definitely prefer my seats. Getting portal seats was the only way I could get back into the student section, where I belong. If you can get portal seats in the student section, do it.

Marry a girl whose dad has them and allows you to buy them from him each year. I sell 2 of the tickets to my buddy because they are hella expensive and I’m not an Ot baller. Also comes with a parking pass across from the old Alex Box.
