Deangelo Benton was a former 4* wide receiver who graduated high school in 2007, but couldn't qualify for division 1 football until 2009.
Deangelo Benton signed with Auburn in 2009 as a middling 3* composite wide receiver.
Deangelo Benton's career production proved he was rightly rated as a middling 3* composite wide receiver.

Benton's ratings across all services was composited and rated at a 3* .8667 rated player for the 2009 class (Link Below). You can keep making shite up if you want, or just deal with the facts.
